 OS X Optimization Tweaks

Disable Screensaver: Desktop & Screensaver pane -> Screensaver -> Start After: Never

Disable Location Services: Security & Privacy Pane -> Privacy -> Untick "enable location services"

Energy Saver: drag both sliders all the way left to never and untick Put Hard Disks to Sleep When Possible

Energy Saver: Disable Automatic Graphic Switching (Only Macs with Intel GPU have this option, don't worry if you don't find it)

Disable Auto Software Update: Software Update pane -> Untick Everything

Disable Login Items: Users & Groups pane -> your username -> Login Items -> remove every non audio related login item

Switch Time Machine off:

Disable Dashboard: Open /Utilities/Terminal.app and paste this commands:

defaults write com.apple.dashboard mcx-disabled -boolean YES
Hit enter, than paste this:

killall Dock
hit enter again. Done

Disable Mission Control and Space: Open /Utilities/Terminal.app and paste this commands:

defaults write com.apple.dock mcx-expose-disabled -bool TRUE
Hit enter, than paste this:

killall Dock
hit enter again. Done

Disable Notification Center Completely & Remove the Menu bar Icon Open /Utilities/Terminal.app and paste this commands:

launchctl unload -w /System/Library/LaunchAgents/com.apple.notificationcenterui.plist
Hit enter, than paste this:

killall NotificationCenter
hit enter again. Done

Disable SafeSleep and delete sleep image: Open /Utilities/Terminal.app and paste this commands

sudo pmset -a hibernatemode 0
type admin password (it won't be shown) -> hit enter
Now type this command:

sudo rm /private/var/vm/sleepimage
hit enter again. Done

Disable Spotlight Open /Utilities/Terminal.app and paste this command

sudo launchctl unload -w /System/Library/LaunchDaemons/com.apple.metadata.mds.plist
hit enter. Done
